Mission Statement: Creating opportunities, fostering student success

By focusing on our schools, teachers and community, District 157 Educational Foundation for Success’s mission is to create opportunities and foster student success. To hold ourselves accountable to this mission, the board will create an annual plan based on our three strategic pillars, and the goals and actions we intend to execute in order to maximize our impact.

District 157 EFS Strategic Pillars

1. To raise money beyond the traditional school budget to foster student opportunities.

2. To raise awareness about the foundation through community engagement.

3. To raise support for the district’s success through foundation programs and initiatives.
